Earning a living is an integral part of life. Earning can be accomplished through good or bad means, through honest labour which has, as a poet said, “a lovely face†or through corruption.
Primitive man had few needs. As time passed life improved and money tip-toed into the picture. It came with the innocence of a child but gradually grew into a formidable giant who pocketed the entire world by offering man the dangerous, yet, gaudy gift of corruption. Corruption has thousand faces, all cleverly hidden. We feel the impact of its existence in every aspect of modern living.
Success achieved through corruption destroys individuality for we do what others do as we slavishly follow materialism. Forgetting goodnessand the moral values instilled into us and we become “hollow†men and women, restless and haunted within.
Indian Institute of Education is an institution which gives its students sound values like moral courage, honesty, integrity, self-respect and diligence. Our students gradually grow up to be torch-bearers who light up life’s picture. At our institution we don’t undermine the need for better infrastructure and facilities. We do keep improving our facilities to keep the institute up to date at the same time we encourage students to struggle and succeed by their own efforts.
In Conclusion, I would like to place on my appreciation of the dedicated efforts in by the Principals and Staff which enable us to move from strength to strength.

“Indian Institute of Education” is committed to academic excellence, healthy standards in co-curricular practices, socially relevant activities, and courses leading to employment and entrepreneurship and continuous progress of the institution. In this way, it is “ready for good work” in collaboration with the government and people of goodwill including academicians and educationists, to create a society more worthy of human beings. Its motto is also to train youths who can be gainfully employed for the overall development of the civil society at large.
The institute is reputed for academic excellence and offering well focused programmes in different streams. This reputation is further reflected through our academic staff and cosmopolitan student body, as they come from different states of the country. During 2012 the institute is accredited by NAAC up to 2017, an autonomous body funded by UGC that assesses and accredits Institutions of Higher Education in India. It is one of the self-financed institutes in the state to have been provided with this accreditation.
The institute makes best efforts to provide intellectual education with learning methodology that reflects best practice in educating young minds. With spacious and well furnished class rooms and specialized laboratories to give the students a globally standardized facilitation, the institute is positioned as a premier center for scientific learning.
